I have a torrent with a root folder named e.g. Rename folder fails when old name contains non-ASCII characters Starting deluge.exe with -c in to an other folder outside of my userprofile works. The folder contents could not be displayed Invalid byte sequence in conversion inputĭeluged.exe start fine it seems - deluge.exe is the one giving the error.
